A studio building slowly, for the long quiet.
Arizona Holdings was founded in 2008 around a small obsession: to make buildings that feel inevitable in their place.
We began with a single residence in Baridhara, designed for a family who wanted a courtyard, a tree, and rooms that knew how to receive light. The house took longer than it should have. It also became the reason we are still building, eighteen years later.
Today our practice spans low-rise residences, vertical landmarks, and mixed-use compositions across Dhaka. The team is intentionally small — forty-two people — so that every project has the same hand on it from sketch to handover.
We work with landowners who care about how their land is treated, and with homeowners who plan to stay.
